Welcome Message
From the Head of Department
I am currently serving as the Head of the Department (HOD) of the Electronics and Telecommunication (ENTC) Engineering Department at Sanjay Ghodawat Institute. With 14 years of teaching experience, I have been dedicated to providing quality engineering education while fostering academic excellence, innovation, and professional ethics among students. I am presently pursuing my Ph.D. and actively involved in research, with several publications in reputed national and international journals and conferences.
My teaching philosophy emphasizes student-centered learning, practical knowledge, and outcome-based education. I strive to create an interactive learning environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and lifelong learning. In addition to classroom teaching, I mentor students in academic projects, research activities, internships, technical competitions, and career planning, helping them achieve both academic and professional success.
As HoD, I am committed to strengthening academic standards, promoting research and innovation, and encouraging collaboration between academia and industry. I actively coordinate departmental activities, faculty development initiatives, and student-focused programs that enhance technical skills and leadership qualities. My goal is to inspire students to become competent engineers, responsible professionals, and lifelong learners who contribute positively to society through knowledge, innovation, and ethical values.
