Mr. A. A. Sutar

I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering at Sanjay Ghodawat Institute, Atigre, with over seven years of experience in higher education. Throughout my academic career, I have been committed to delivering quality education, fostering innovation, and promoting research-oriented learning. I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering at Sanjay Ghodawat University, My teaching portfolio encompasses Network Analysis, Signals and Systems, Electromagnetic Fields, Control Systems, Digital Signal Processing, Microprocessors and Microcontrollers, and Basic Electronics and Electrical Engineering. I possess hands-on expertise in MATLAB, Proteus, and Keil uVision, enabling me to integrate practical and industry-relevant learning into the classroom. To strengthen my academic and professional competencies, I have actively participated in numerous Faculty Development Programs, workshops, and technical training sessions on Outcome-Based Education, Artificial Intelligence, Data Visualization, MATLAB, DevOps, AWS Cloud, IoT, and emerging technologies. My research interests include microstrip patch antennas, reconfigurable antennas, RF and microwave engineering, and next-generation wireless communication systems. I have published research papers in reputed journals on antenna design optimization, IoT-based monitoring systems, and signal processing techniques. Beyond teaching and research, I have effectively served as the Department Training and Placement Coordinator, establishing strong industry collaborations and facilitating successful campus recruitment initiatives. I remain dedicated to academic excellence, continuous professional development, impactful research, and mentoring students to become competent engineers, innovative researchers, and responsible professionals capable of addressing future technological challenges.
