Mr. Sanket Sajane is working as a Workshop Instructor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering. He has completed his ITI in Turner and has 1 year of industrial experience along with 3.5 years of academic experience. He conducts workshop practical sessions and guides students in the safe and proper use of machines, tools, and workshop equipment. He helps students develop basic manufacturing and machining skills through hands-on training. He is also responsible for maintaining workshop machines, preparing practical exercises, and ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized working environment. Mr. Sajane has completed certification courses in CNC Programming and Advanced Excel using AI, which have strengthened his technical and computer skills. He uses these skills to support workshop activities, maintain records, and assist in departmental work efficiently. He is sincere, hardworking, and committed to providing quality practical training to students. With his practical knowledge and supportive approach, he encourages students to develop technical skills and confidence. He continues to improve his knowledge and contributes to the smooth functioning of the Mechanical Engineering workshop.
